Our winery data
We build a first-party dataset of factual details for each cellar door: name, location, opening days, tasting fees, experiences, and access. We curate these from public sources and verify them against each winery's own information. Descriptions are written by us, not copied.
Open data
The venue-level figures behind the Hunter Valley Cellar Door Price Index are free to download and reuse under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0, with credit to Cellar Door Days.
Ratings and reviews
We do not store Google ratings or reviews. Where useful, we keep only a Google place identifier and link out to the live Google listing, so review content stays with Google and its authors.
Maps
Base map tiles are derived from OpenStreetMap data and shown under its licence. Map data © OpenStreetMap · Protomaps. OpenStreetMap remains a separate layer beneath our own cellar-door pins.
Accuracy
Cellar-door hours, fees, and closures change often. We timestamp what we can and ask you to confirm with the winery before travelling. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will check it.
