Our Italian Table is Jen Nicita's cooking school, run out of a Tuscan-style villa on her own seventy-acre vineyard at the top of Mistletoe Lane at Pokolbin. Classes are hands-on and small: you roll your own pasta dough, shape it and make the sauces, then eat what you made at a long table under the pergola with views to the Brokenback and Barrington ranges. The three-hour Pasta Class at $195 is the one most people book.
A two-hour Masterclass at $155 narrows it to a single dish, the full-day Deluxe class at $265 builds an entire Italian feast, and there are kids' classes and a seasonal Regional Series as well. The venue is BYO, which is handy given the vineyards around you. Classes run to a published schedule rather than daily hours and are booked well ahead, and through September and October 2026 only the Pasta Classes run.
