Cypress Lakes Bistro & Bar

Cypress Lakes Bistro & Bar is the all-day, casual dining room at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in Pokolbin, open from breakfast through to dinner. It looks out over the resort's golf course and vineyards, and moves from a buffet breakfast to a relaxed lunch of burgers, sandwiches and salads, then an Australian-style dinner menu. Breakfast starts at 7am daily, a little later on weekends, with lunch from noon and dinner from 5pm, so it covers most of the day without a booking. The all-day pattern suits families or a group wanting somewhere flexible between rounds of golf and stops on the road. For a more formal dinner, the resort's sister restaurant Oak & Vine opens Thursday to Saturday. Hours can shift with peak and off-peak seasons.
