Clayfields is two adults-only villas on a working apiary and vineyard spread over 30 acres outside Pokolbin. Each villa runs to close to 150 square metres of indoor and outdoor living, with a private heated jacuzzi and a dual-sided fireplace. With only two villas on the block, the property keeps each couple to itself.

The apiary is the draw here. You can book a two-hour beekeeping session with resident apiarist Mike Wilkins, suiting up to open a hive and taste the harvest straight from the frame, or an in-villa honey, chocolate and cheese pairing with a bottle of local sparkling.
