Rosamund Hill Estate

Rosamund Hill Estate is forty acres of paddock and bush on Wollombi Road at Broke, looking across at Mount Broke with the Brokenback Ranges behind. Two separate houses sit on it and can be taken together or one at a time. Rosa House takes ten adults across four or five bedrooms, with two lounge rooms and a long front deck; Rosamund House takes eight across four bedrooms, with a wood fire in the lounge and a big entertaining deck.

Both are pet friendly and non-smoking, with air conditioning, wifi, a kitchen, a barbecue on the deck and linen provided, and the two sit a short walk apart across the estate. Booked together they sleep up to 21 adults, which suits a large group or an extended family. Broke Fordwich cellar doors are five minutes away and Pokolbin about fifteen, with arrival arranged directly with the owners.
