Estate Tuscany sits on 26 acres off Mistletoe Lane at Pokolbin, with the Brokenback Range filling the windows and 300 acres of vines below the ridge. The 38 rooms split two ways: 26 Olive Grove rooms in guest-house style, looking over the dam and the olive trees, and 12 Vineyard View rooms with a glass wall onto the vineyards and parking at the door. Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out at 11:00am, with reception staffed seven days from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Dinner is at The Mill, a semi-indoor restaurant that took a Chef Hat in 2020, or more casually at the Brokenback Bar, which pours local wine, beer and spirits from 8:00am. A pool, a tennis court and a helipad round out the grounds, and five rooms are set aside for guests travelling with a dog, booked directly with the hotel. The Thomas Wines cellar door is on the property, and with function space on site it takes families, couples and groups alike.
