The Mill Restaurant

The Mill is the restaurant at Estate Tuscany on Hermitage Road in Pokolbin, a semi-indoor space set on the estate grounds with views out to the mountains. Because it is enclosed enough to use in any season, it works year-round rather than only on fine days. The kitchen runs a modern menu across breakfast and dinner, built on local produce sourced daily, down to the herbs, spices and edible flowers. Estate Tuscany sits in the heart of the Pokolbin wine country, so The Mill is easy to fold into a day around the cellar doors.

Breakfast is served every morning, and on Wednesday to Saturday the kitchen stays open through to dinner, so you can start or finish a day here. As the estate's own dining room, it suits guests staying on site, a relaxed breakfast before tastings, or an unhurried dinner at the end of the day. Reservations are preferred, though walk-ins are welcome.
