Wildstreak Kitchen sits on the Peter Drayton estate on Hermitage Road, cooking alongside IronBark Hill Brewing Co's taproom. The kitchen makes hand-rolled gourmet pizzas with locally sourced toppings, plus share plates and small plates built from seasonal produce. From Friday to Sunday the wood-fired oven runs to order, while Wednesday and Thursday are share plates and small courses.
The drinks pair with all of it: estate wine, craft beer from the brewhouse, or gin from the on-site Wildstreak Distillery. It opens Wednesday to Sunday from 10am to 4pm, and it is a casual, walk-in place with outdoor seating, partly covered. Gluten-free and other dietary options are catered for, and having wine, beer and gin all made on the one estate is the draw for a group who can't agree on a drink.
