Tower Lodge sits on Halls Road in the middle of Pokolbin, with six suites and no two of them alike, from the Estate Suite to the Oriental and the Chairman's. The restaurant runs under high ceilings and out onto terraces, serving lunch and dinner seven days to visitors as well as guests, and drawing on a kitchen garden a short walk away and the Hope family's own Angus cattle from the Upper Hunter. A credit card secures a table, and massages are given in the suites.
A private wine tasting can be arranged in the lodge library with a wine educator, and the Tower Whiskey Distillery stands on the estate grounds past the Shiraz vineyard. Helicopter flights, sunrise balloon flights and golf lessons are all booked from reception. Between the restaurant, the tasting and the distillery, it suits a couple or a small group who want the estate to be the day rather than a base for driving out.

Tower Lodge Restaurant
Open to guests and visitors for lunch and dinner seven days. A credit card secures the booking, and cancellations inside 48 hours are charged at $80 a person for lunch and $100 for dinner.
