Tower Lodge Restaurant

Tower Lodge Restaurant is the dining room at Tower Lodge, an accommodation estate at the north end of Pokolbin, open to visitors as well as house guests. The kitchen cooks a relaxed but refined a la carte menu of Hunter Valley produce, drawing on an on-site kitchen garden of herbs, greens and native ingredients. Much of the meat is the Hope family's own Angus beef, raised on their farms and sourced direct. The room runs under high ceilings with fans turning above, out to terraces over the gardens.

You can begin by the fireplace in the lounge or by the courtyard fountain on a warm evening. Lunch starts at noon and dinner from 6pm, seven days a week. A table is held by credit card and late cancellations are charged, though bar snacks can be taken at the tables without a booking. It suits a long, unhurried lunch or a dinner if you are staying nearby.
