Rooms come as Garden Suites, King Deluxe rooms or a four-bedroom Cottage, and there is an outdoor pool with the bush dropping away below it. King Deluxe rooms and the Cottage take dogs under the Pooch Package, which adds breakfast, Wi-Fi and dog amenities.
Dinner is at eRemo, the on-site Italian restaurant, which cooks around seasonal produce and shared plates. The property runs its own experiences, including an all-inclusive Hunter Valley wine tour from $180 a head, the roaming Chefs in the Vines food-and-wine event, balloon flights, bike tours and private picnics. There is no day spa on site: wellness treatments are at Spa Anise, at the nearby Spicers Vineyards Estate.
