voco Kirkton Park is a 70-room hotel set on a 70-acre manor estate on Oakey Creek Road, south of the main Pokolbin cellar-door cluster and run under IHG's voco brand. Rooms and suites are arranged around the manor-style main building, from 24-square-metre standard rooms up to larger King Grand rooms, some looking across the valley toward the Brokenback Range. Food and drink stays on site: the Locavore restaurant, the Epoche lounge bar, breakfast in the conservatory and a high tea from Wednesday to Sunday.
The grounds carry an indoor pool and a fitness centre, both open 7am to 10pm, plus a sauna, tennis and basketball courts and private walking trails. Two complimentary EV chargers are available on a first-come basis. With everything in one place, it works as a base you settle into rather than a quick overnight between tastings.
