Beyond Ballooning flies sunrise balloon flights over the Pokolbin and Broke vineyards, with about an hour in the air before the chase crew catches up. Everyone meets at the Blaxland Inn on Broke Road, where the flight ends with a buffet breakfast and a glass of local sparkling. The daily shared flight is the standard ticket, with a private balloon for two, whole-balloon group flights for four to twenty-four, and a return-transfer option from Sydney all bookable as well.

The operator is a division of Aussie Aerostats and holds a CASA Air Operator Certificate, and the digital photo package from your flight is included. If the weather grounds the balloon the flight fee is refunded in full, which matters when you have one morning in the valley to spend. Flights leave at sunrise and are booked in advance, so there is no drop-in window, and the booking office is open 8am to 7pm daily.
