Tempus Two makes wine-based gins, distilled off a grape-spirit base rather than neutral grain, and pours them at the Copper bar inside its Broke Road cellar door. A gin tasting here is a short guided flight of three, walked through by a staff member while you decide what to take home. It sits under the same roof as the wine tastings, so a group split between wine and spirits can stay together. The building is the modern pavilion at 2144 Broke Road, hard to miss from the road.
The cellar door is open daily from 10am to 5pm and takes both walk-ins and bookings. The gin tasting is a low $5 a head, with a paid upgrade to work through the full range, and sittings are capped at seven so groups should book ahead. Spirits are for over-18s. Treat it as one stop on a Broke Road afternoon, and settle transport for the day separately.
