The Wollombi Cultural Centre is run by the Wollombi Valley Arts Council and holds two gallery spaces on the road through the village. The Old Fireshed Gallery is a nine-by-six-metre room that rotates exhibitions of local work through the year. Beside it, the Little Yengo Gallery shows Aboriginal paintings and artefacts from local artists and remote communities, staffed by community volunteers.
It opens weekends and public holidays from 10am to 4pm and closes on weekdays, so it fits a Wollombi Valley run rather than a midweek trip. The village sits at the southern end of the region, well away from the Pokolbin cluster, so it belongs to a day built around Wollombi's own cellar doors and the tavern. Entry is not ticketed.
