Adina grows wine and olives on the same Lovedale block, and the tasting counter pours both. A guided sitting runs about 45 minutes across the estate range, from Tempranillo and Sangiovese to the Shiraz, with the estate olives, oils and Providore condiments alongside for $15, or $10 for wine or olives on their own.
The Olive and Providore tasting is a genuine option for anyone not drinking, olives and oils with warm artisan bread. The GT Room next door turns part of the space over to a rotating display of classic cars, worth timing a visit around if that appeals. Lunch at Estancia Adina runs Wednesday to Saturday plus Sunday lunch, and the day spa and the Grove Villas sit on the same property, so a tasting here can stretch into a whole day. The villas each have three ensuite bedrooms looking over the vines and olive groves, with access to the pool and spa. Bookings are wise at weekends and on public holidays, and parking on site is free.
